PICK UP

We desire for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the products they purchase. If for some reason, you are unsatisfied please contact the bakery immediately. The store clerks and managers will work together to resolve your case in an individual and timely manner. 

If you serve the cookies and feel there is a problem with the baking, do not throw it away.  Please return it to us, so we can see what is wrong. If we determine there is a quality deficiency, we will work with you to determine the acceptable solution. In some cases we will offer to fix a mistake, replace cookies, or provide a gift card towards a future purchase.  In most cases, a  refund will not be given for a product. We retain the right to judge our product quality for ourselves. 

If you do not pick up your order, we do not give a refund. If you need it at a later date, you will have to pay for both. We cannot resell any product that is not picked up by the customer and the product will be discarded after 2 days. 

SHIPPING

We are shipping baked goods that have no preservatives.  This means that if you ship ground, we cannot guarantee our baked goods condition upon arrival.  Overnight and second day shipping will be the best options to keep the product as fresh as possible.
