Cookie Experts know everything about our cookies, offer excellent customer service, and value team work. Doing everything the “Cookie Fix way” is coached and expected. We strive to go above and beyond customer expectations.
BAKER
Cookie Fix bakers are one of a kind! At Cookie Fix we are looking for driven, hard working, and talented bakers. Our bakers are personable, are good communicators, and interact all day with our team and valued customers. Bakers are willing to work hours that are flexible.
Cookie Fix bakers are the most important part of the store. As a baker, you must assess when to bake, how to bake, and plan for each day. Additionally, you will oversee the front of the store and be interchangeable with every position. Bakers should have baking experience, cake decorating experience or teachability, and a positive attitude. We are a “bake all day long” bakery, and Cookie Fix bakers must be energetic and driven to get things done.
